Returns - Baths
Our returns policy for baths is designed to ensure that you receive your products in perfect condition. Baths sold via this website are delivered directly by the Supplier. It is important to note that the Supplier will not accept returns on damaged baths once they have been signed for by the customer. Therefore, we kindly ask you to thoroughly inspect any baths for damage before signing for the delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, please do not sign for the goods until you have carefully examined the bath for any signs of damage. If you discover that the bath is damaged or faulty in any way, please notify the delivery driver immediately. The driver will then take the faulty item away, ensuring that you are not left with a damaged product.
Once the damaged bath has been collected, we will promptly arrange for a replacement to be delivered to you at your earliest convenience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the replacement process as seamless and efficient as possible.
Returns - All Other Items
If you find that you need to return an item, please ensure that it is in perfect, unused, and resalable condition. We ask that you return such items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
